The location is quite close to the beach but entered a small alley that happened to be under sidewalk construction so it was quite difficult to pass so had to walk forward. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff but the drama of the smartlock door lock was problematic for the 3rd floor room (no lift) wanted to move to the 1st floor the room was dark with no light and smelly, so I insisted on the 3rd floor so I left my suitcase first, when I came back it was already night time it turned out the key was not there so I had to wait 30 minutes to fix it again (poor guy was sweating fixing the key). The room was minimalist & clean, what made it uncomfortable was the sound of the bathroom venti fan which was very noisy like a ship, we also couldn't eat/drink in the room had to be in the lounge downstairs, the stairs were very narrow difficult if you were carrying a suitcase. The staff were all very friendly.

Alba Inn is a comfortable place. My two-night stay felt like home. The location is strategic, and the rooms are comfortable. If I return to Sanur, I'll stay here again.
