unpleasant experience. poor room cleanliness and room amenities for the price offered. dirty water no tap sink hot water not working dirt at the end of the bed smelly pillows

the place is cool, the room is clean, the toilet is also clean, the water heater works normally, there is a swimming pool that makes the kids happy... overall, a great recommended place for family time👍👍 ..

One of the hidden gems in the south of Puncak (different way with Puncak, no traffic jam). The conclusion: - The facilities need to be upgraded (looks old), but overall still good. - The view was so good. - This place is good for family gatherings. - Like a private villa for my family, due to no one staying at the same night. - If you want to stay away from the city and need a quiet place, this cottage is one of the best.

Cheap and nice resort, but unfortunately the check-in time is at 14.00 so everyone is late because there was a group of previous customers who checked out late, and there were other customers who stayed with us bringing karaoke speakers and didn't stop karaoke until 00.00, and not a single officer reprimanded us, honestly we were very disturbed, we wanted to sleep soundly but couldn't, the TV also couldn't be used, there was no network at all, but the kids were happy because of the outdoor activities

The view is family friendly. It's really nice.

plus : the staff is very helpful, the swimming pool can be used, it's quite quiet even though there is a retreat event but it doesn't bother us. minus : the hot water didn't turn on at first until I complained it was immediately fixed and finally you can take a shower with hot water, the room is not well maintained, the mattress springs are really felt, the pillows are dirty, there is no hot water kettle, coffee and tea in the room are only mineral water, amenities are only soap, lots of ants on the walls of the room, very far from Indomaret but there are actually lots of grocery stores, it's just a bit troublesome if you don't bring enough cash at the hotel, you can't get qris
