I feel cheated by Traveloka and ISA Raeburn Singapore. I was unable to stay there (because my children were hospitalized). I tried contacting Traveloka, but instead of being helpful, the customer service simply pushed me to contact ISA Raeburn (the apartment). I was left in limbo, and Traveloka didn't help me at all, only me at all!!! I'm extremely disappointed, and you'd be better off booking your trip through other apps.

Convenient, clean place, highly recommended.
