I stayed here during my trip to Hoi An this summer. The hotel is very conveniently located, right in the old town so it is easy to walk around, eat, and shop. The rooms are quite clean, breakfast is good, with many dishes to choose from. However, the service needs to be improved. Check-in is a bit slow, guests have to wait quite a while and have to proactively ask before being informed of a room. The staff is also not really proactive in serving water while guests are waiting. Maybe because it is the peak summer season, the staff has not been able to respond in time. Hopefully the hotel will improve its reception to be more worthy of its beautiful location and potential.

Interesting concept of the hotel. The room is spacious, but the downside is that there is no view.
