The hotel staff was helpful... I forgot a document in my apartment unit, and Mr. Yuda helped me find it and keep it at the reception. Thank you so much, Mr. Yuda, for your kind assistance.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the area is very clean and comfortable.

The room is poorly maintained... lots of cockroaches... and when we checked in we took 2 rooms for the children and parents but we were given rooms on separate floors and no access card to the children's room... we had to go back and forth to the reception if we wanted to go to the children's room... it was a hassle.

The best, really 👍👍. Next time I'll stay here again 🥰

The place is nice, clean, safe, comfortable, close to everywhere. If you want to find food, it is also close to Nagoya Food Court. The service is also good, friendly.

The hotel staff are friendly, the room facilities are not according to the photos, there are no chairs on the balcony, the photo shows the type I ordered, there are half a pair of room slippers 🤣, empty table tissue and no shampoo (are they really not provided) there are used drinking bottles in the refrigerator (maybe from previous guests that weren't thrown away) I wanted to complain straight away, but I was too lazy, so that was it. Just a B first experience.

The hotel staff is very helpful & the facilities and rooms are quite good. The only thing lacking is maybe a partition between the shower and toilet. Overall top rate for a stay. Thankyou
