Poor bathroom Good pool

The place you could tell was beautiful at one time but so run down. Good was not good if you ask to substitute something on the menu the answer is no. Up charge for everything if you have visitors

We booked and paid for two rooms but they only reserved one room for us. We ended up staying in one room (7pax). They offered us extra beds instead and breakfast compliment for extra persons. It was still a fun experience staying in one room and we still appreciate how accommodating the staff were. Nice and clean place to stay. We will definitely go back.

Dolores is a local resort in Polomolok,ph. The place is a great place to spend a little time and relaxation. The rooms are ok an for the price is as expected. The only reason I rated room as ok and not higher is cause of the ant infestation in the bathroom. The staff are friendly and courteous.

Las habitaciones son enormes. Los armarios muy grandes. El cuarto de baño , al estilo filipino, bien. La cama es suficiente (quizas un poco dura). Tienes zona ajardinada. Tienes piscina enorme (a compartir con lugareños). Un minizoo (aves sobre todo) y estanque de peces. Tienes una recepcion-comedor abierta y zona de comedor-convencion cerrada. Conexion Wi-Fi en todo el recinto. Receptores de satelite en las habitaciones. Pero todo esto se ve disminuido por la falta de mantenimiento. El primer dia la fontaneria de la ducha. El segundo la de la cisterna de water. El tercero aparecio el receptor de satelite con el cable de antena arrancado. El cuarto no habia receptor. Todo lo arreglan lo antes posible. Pero da una impresion muy mala. Eso si, los desayunos al estilo filipino estan muy bien. Y los empleados se muestran colaboradores en todo momento.
