14:00 check in. 14:05 arrive at the door, staff said the room door is broken and cannot be repaired. Request to change to another room 2-3km away. If not changed, refund. With an apology. If asked, staff said the guest just checked out at 13:00 so "we are planning to contact to support" the next guest??? Spending money to get angry. If not changing the room, the home will refund the money and then wander around the streets. What's the point of booking in advance? What's the point of paying in advance. It's also the weekend so all the rooms are full. It's like forcing customers. Choose this place because of the convenient location and then force customers to change to another facility. Not to mention moving to the new room has a few more problems... Home needs to review its operations. Best regards and never see you again.

Here, I checked in and checked out by myself. This was my first time experiencing this service so I'm not very familiar with it. But the home side did not proactively contact me to send the door code and check-in instructions in advance, and when I arrived, I couldn't open the door, so I had to call the phone number posted on the door and wait for them to call back to confirm, then add me to Zalo and then send the door code and check-in instructions. The weather was hot, and I was tired from traveling to the place, but having to stand outside the door and wait like that was quite depressing. The home side left a yellow toilet bowl that smelled really bad. When I checked in, I had to open all the doors to let the smell go away, but then I still had to close them to turn on the air conditioner. The smell was so real that it gave me a headache. When I got home and opened my suitcase, I could still smell it because it seeped into my clothes, it was haunting. The shower was too old, leaking, and bathing was very boring. There was no bottled water, only a plastic water jug, the mouth of the jug had yellow residue that I didn't dare drink. I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights without having my room cleaned, the trash taken out, or my towels changed. When checking out, I couldn't call anyone to check the room and return the key. The only good thing about this place is the central location, but I don't rate the room and service highly.
