Owner is a German, he has a passion to grow local tourism. Staffs & owner are so friendly. They guide me where to go for 1,2. Days. They all know English, be available 24/7. They lent me umbrella, raincoat. Especially, price is cheap, we cannot expect more with that price. Location is in Dien Bien Phu downtown.
