Traveloka did not protect the rights of customers, when using the service, the customer's rights were violated while the contract was still in effect. Traveloka and Wah Fu caused me great damage in terms of both spiritual and material values in my work. WahFu Hotel chased me away on a rainy night and forced me to go back and check out immediately even though I had a confirmed booking schedule from Traveloka and a payment voucher. I was having important business to negotiate with my partner but was forced to go back to get my belongings and move to the guest's place so that new guests could check in.
