It was a wonderful stay in the apartment for our family. We enjoyed having a kitchen and space for our family, which we normally would need to book two hotel rooms. We were able to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Communication was responsive, even though all message responses were in Japanese but no issues using google translate.

Otherwise great, but beds were really hard and new A/C machines were hard to use (all japanese controls), they worked for while but after a while always the oter room get too cold and other 2 warm, like some default settings had replaced our configurations.
