Booked a room with breakfast, there were a lot of dishes but they were all empty, when you wanted breakfast, it was cooked and you were given a choice (fried rice, fried noodles).

The hotel is very aesthetic. It's in the city center, so it's close to everything. What's even more special is that if you don't have a car, you can walk to the pempek area and Lippo Plaza in just 5 minutes. The staff is also friendly. The room's AC wasn't cold, and the staff immediately moved to fix it. Thank you, Mr. XY (sorry, I forgot his name, I stayed on March 1, 2026). I can't review the restaurant because we ate out for breakfast. Thank you, Difan Hotel, I will definitely be back again.

This hotel has a classic white American interior design, the hotel is not big but comfortable enough, the decoration in the room and the size of the room are enough for a small family to stay without having to add an extra bed because in the room besides there is a spring bed there is also a long sofa. For food in the 4th floor restaurant, the variety is not much, but the taste of the food that is cooked directly when we order and come to the restaurant is delicious 👍👍👍 what I tried was the fried vegetable noodles which were really delicious 👍👍👍 the lack of color of the sheets and towels used because the white ones are already dull, they should be replaced with new sheets and towels. Overall it was fun to stay here.

The room is clean and fragrant..the interior of the room makes it cool and restful. The staff is friendly even though check in is at 00.00 🫢 but you need to be careful for those who eat in front of the hotel area, non-halal resto. Thank you Difanhotel.

The hotel is vintage-style, comfortable, and the receptionist was friendly and informative. However, the bedsheets and bathroom were not very clean. The pillowcases were stained and worn. Breakfast wasn't a buffet, but rather an a la carte breakfast, so you had to wait a while for your food to be served.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. Some suggestions I have: 1) The towels and pillowcases should be replaced with new ones as they are yellowing. 2) The music in the hallway is very loud and clearly audible, which is very disturbing to the comfort of the room.

The room is very nice, clean and well-maintained, the facilities are complete, the service is very good, the staff is friendly, especially the very friendly FO Miss with short hair who always greets me by name. Overall, the hotel was nice, strategically located, and seemed quite clean. However, I found an empty drink bottle behind the sofa that hadn't been cleaned. I didn't try the breakfast, but I did go up to the restaurant to check it out. It seemed to lack a variety.

The room was clean..only when I checked in, the soap and shampoo were empty. But after reporting it, they immediately refilled it.
