The AC in the first room wasn't cold enough, so we asked to move rooms at night and were served well. Otherwise, everything was ok as usual.

The service is great, great. The room facilities are very complete.

The atmosphere is very comfortable, I have stayed here twice.

The room is not soundproof. Voices and conversations from the next room are clearly audible, and our voices must have been audible to the next room. The pillows are also dirty, there are stains and hair when checking in. The rest is okay. Parking is also spacious.

The staff is very friendly, the room condition is neat and clean.

I stayed for 2 nights, the hotel is quite comfortable, the staff is friendly and easy access (close to everywhere), and there are also many delicious foods around the hotel. However, please improve the cleanliness of the hotel, I entered the hotel in a less than clean condition because there were traces of dry rice in the corners of the exit and the corner of the bathroom door, on the second day I asked room service to clean the room, finally it was clean from traces of dry rice etc., but the sheets were not changed, even though if in other hotels I asked room service to clean the room, the sheets would definitely be changed, especially since I stayed for 2 nights, I should have been able to change the sheets.. please give me your input to be an evaluation for the hotel team.. thank you

Nice and clean, but if the atmosphere and environment could be improved, it would feel like a guest house, not a hotel.

The AC takes too long to cool down, there is not enough minibar in the room, the TV channels are not supported. And why is there an additional charge for a smoking room even though smoking has been requested.

The most important thing is the friendliness of the top staff. Comfortable bedroom. Clean bathroom. The parking area is quite good, especially when it rains, the entrance to the lobby has a roof so it doesn't get rained on. If I were asked to stay here again, I would. Thank you VNC Alam Sutera.

the swimming pool is clean but the mattress is not very clean especially under the mattress there is a lot of dust for other comfort it is very good with affordable price.. please improve the cleanliness of the mattress

Comfortable staff is also friendly. Next time if there is a business trip in the Serpong area, I will choose this hotel again.
