For business trips, it's a great choice. Close to offices and restaurants. Friendly service and clean.

The food was very unfamiliar and incomplete. The rooms looked old-fashioned, not typical of modern hotel rooms. There were also lots of mosquitoes. The bathroom bathtub didn't work either, and I couldn't use it. There were no hotel slippers.

Elevator: not working. Hot water: not working. Room door: couldn't be locked from the inside (I changed rooms twice and was asked to choose from three different options. All three? Still couldn't lock the door from the inside. Imagine the horror if a woman was staying there). Breakfast: All the food was cold, even though it was still 8 a.m. when I had breakfast. Cleanliness: The hot water kettle had jam residue and still contained water from someone who had stayed there from who knows what era, and a film had formed on the surface. In the closet, there was a messy cloth. TV: It worked but the display was tingly. The room was dimly lit, so I had to have the bulbs replaced. The wooden furniture was so old that it made a noise every time I opened it. In short: an old, neglected hotel.

The bathroom lights were too dim, the AC was too noisy, the TV was too small and had no other channels, no sound, and no power outlet for my cell phone.

A fairly old hotel in Kendari City, this hotel was previously a mainstay as a place to stay for regional officials visiting Kendari, but now there are many more modern hotel options.
