Friendly staff, clean rooms, hot water facilities, free morning snacks and free mineral water in the room.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and it was close to Bandung Station. The only downside might be that it's close to the road, so it can get a bit noisy at night with bikers. Overall, it was comfortable.

Everything was fine, especially the staff, who were all very friendly. However, the bathroom in room 207 was flooded due to a poor drainage system.

Very comfortable and strategically located. I encountered some problems but the hotel staff were responsive and quick to help. Highly recommend place to stay, will come back.

It was a very impressive stay here... I was initially looking for accommodation to rest during treatment at Santosa Central Hospital and thank God I was able to rest comfortably here, the staff were friendly and efficient plus I got a morning snack at a price that was worth it... Continued success and improve your service...

The staff didn't knock on the door first when they wanted to enter the room, even though Dy entered the wrong room, and there was no apology, really BT (Honestly for Correction)

For a very affordable price, I highly recommend it! The service is like that of an expensive hotel, very good and recommended. There's fried chicken (Ayam Adang) next to the hotel, you should try the sambal dadak, it's delicious 🤣🫶🏼
