Clean room & bathroom. New, clean and fragrant towels. Adequate AC. Clean sheets. The floor is also clean down to the undercarriage.

the access is very difficult gaboong, because it's like entering a resident's house, the alley is super small, only fits 1 motorbike, overall it's good, clean and fragrant, only the tissue and soap are not refilled, and the door can't be locked from the outside, when I asked for help from the waiter, they didn't help me get there, they just told me to use an additional padlock, honestly the service is not optimal in my opinion, and the front gate is also very difficult to open because it's rusty

It's not bad, but check-in takes a long time because the guard isn't always on standby.

The definition of a hidden gem budget accommodation is because its location does require a little effort to find; you have to go through small roads and alleys, but it is quite close to Pondok Jati Station, with a leisurely walk of about 5 minutes. The room is clean, the AC works, the water heater works, and most importantly the sheets and towels are new. The guards are also friendly and very helpful. Very pleasant. Hopefully the quality is maintained.

the homestay is located in an alley but the room is clean, simple & comfortable. it would be better if there was a small towel drying rack in the room, the curtains/blinds should be replaced/washed because they are already moldy. outside of that it's okay overall

Bathroom cleanliness is lacking, there is no living room or non-smoking area.
