The door lock is a bit complicated. Otherwise ok.

New hotel, close to the competition venue (less than 10 minutes walk), fully equipped. Friendly staff, free tea, coffee, and candy. Luna shower mirror is quite interesting!

The downside here is that there is no parking space, if you go during the rainy season it is easy to get flooded and it is difficult to book a taxi. Otherwise everything is ok, the street is beautiful and clean.

Room is clean, spacious, ok

The room is tiny but the location is close to Can Tho stadium, there are many places to eat around. The room is nice, clean, and fully equipped.

The rooms are new and clean. The staff is enthusiastic, friendly and polite. The hotel sells all the essentials needed for a short trip. The only downside is: although the room has a view of the sun, there are no heat-resistant curtains/heat-dissipating curtains, so the cold air is not enough to cool the room when the sun is up. You should add another layer of sun-resistant curtains!

The hotel does not have a refund or discount policy... when canceling a room (I notified more than 1 day in advance but it was not possible) so be careful before booking (if something unexpected happens and you want to cancel, then...you have to accept it). Otherwise, I see everyone's reviews are ok. :)

Since the day I accidentally booked a room at Luna for my trip, this has always been my top choice every time I go to Can Tho.

Friendly and very enthusiastic staff, clean and very new room. Hot water easy to use.

The staff is very friendly, I only stayed 1 night for a business trip, but all my requests via Zalo messages were answered quickly. The room is clean, modern, there is an elevator in the hallway, but it is a bit small. But just for sleeping, it is very good for the price of about 300. What I like is that there is a clothes roller available, suitable for my trip, I asked for a steam iron, and it was also available at the reception. About 2 kilometers from Ninh Kieu wharf, not far. I think it is okay here, if I have the chance, I will come back.
