I ordered a family room and when I got there it turned out to be full, so I got a regular room, but it was comfortable and the service and facilities were good.

The room is clean, in the morning when you open the window you will be presented with a beautiful view. Highly recommended.

We were helped by the availability of hot water in the bathroom, breakfast was provided, but there were no amenities and complimentary (coffee, tea, drinking water) (paid).

For the 2nd floor the toilet is outside

The owner is very friendly, the food is delicious. If I go back to Sembalun, I have to stay here again

very satisfied with all the facilities & services of the hotel the room atmosphere is clean and nice and the atmosphere and scenery around the hotel are quite very good the service is also very friendly from check in to check out. The most memorable is the typical fried rice from Sembalunx. Thank you Bale Aur for the service

Got the best view! The breakfast is simple but really delicious (Sembalun style fried rice), and the man is friendly! Recommended and will come back again!

An amazing place, in front of vegetable field on the Sembalun valley, surrounded by mount Rinjani and majestic hills. Serviced by very kind person.

Such a wonderful stay! The owners made us sweet potato and a fire, loved it!
