Beautiful location, priced very well. We stayed in an open fale, beds were very comfy and mosquito nets over the beds were great!! Loved the lockable bathroom attached to our fale ensuring somewhere to keep our belongings safe while we were out. Fridge and kettle were located in the bathroom to keep them safe from the weather. Loved the cats at the accommodation, they were so cute and entertaining. Breakfast and lunch were great, Would definitely stay there again ☺️

Bar staff were excellent, friendly and super helpful. Actually all the staff except one were amaizing, friendly and super helpful. We were in V9 & V10, the views were gorgeous, on the beach front, very comfortable with most things we needed. The water appeared to be heated by solar and there was a coconut tree blocking the sun so we didn’t have any hot water after day 2! Lucky it’s lovely and hot here ☺️ Our back door latch didn’t catch properly in V9 but we still felt pretty safe. Unfortunately our friends in V10 never got a door key to they’re unit until 3 days later, the lady who check us all in let the team down badly, she gave us no instructions but we did have a car to take us to our rooms, she couldn’t give us the key to V10 and when it was found 3 days later when the team did a service clean they locked the door after them and we had to go insearch of a key which turned up out of nowhere. Also the same lady was asked to order us a taxi for the morning of day 3 and she didn’t! We had to go to the street and flag one down. Other than that our stay was wonderful and the staff were fantastic.

Very rundown with the pool needing a clean and lots of maintenance. Lots of broken and aged amenities. No wifi. Room was ok but shower was awful and only had cold water. Toilet was in a cupboard and light switches were inconvenient. No sandy beach as expected. Breakfast limited to mostly baked items. Dinner nice but limited menu and same for our 2 nights. Checkin was hard work even with prior email messages. Staff were the least friendly compared to other accommodations. Its ok as a 1 or 2 night stay but there are better options.

The rooms are large, however when walked into my room, I had to walk around a toilet as the door leads straight into the bathroom. It was clean, however the shower was always cold and poured out of a pipe in the shower. The room smelled musty, like there was mold in the walls. During check-in, we were told that dinner hours were from 6-8 and reservations were required. But they were already full for the night and we’d have to eat elsewhere. They weren’t friendly or helpful - seemed more annoyed we were there. We had booked for 3 nights but left after 2. We would have checked into another hotel but all were booked.

The property felt like it needed some love. It is in a great location and rooms are nice. The staff were friendly, it did feel a little like they were doing the bare minimum to make the place function. They were friendly however and the bar and restaurant staff were lovely. The food was food, Samoan portions, nothing fancy but tasty. Compared to other experiences in Samoa it was a little disappointing. We did have a nice time there due to the location and doing our own thing and the snorkeling was great. We saw turtles off the beach and ate at Barefoot Bar up the road one night which was lovely. We used the place as a base to explore Savai'i and it did the job but would recommend going budget or high end rather than the middle ground as the price seemed to cover some of the places former glory rather than its current state.

Judicial suite was amazingly comfortable with good back support and spacious bedding and facilities. Be prepared for no wifi connection to upload your photos experiences. Sunrise and sunset was breathtaking. Poolside and beach next to each other was a clever 👌 complimentary idea. Breakfast was island time so was the reception service so try to embrace it.

This property has so much potential. It’s pretty run down. We were welcome by a big spider on our first night, which made me stayed up for the most part all night. We stayed at their villas first night and the fales on our last night. Villas are spacious. On our last night, we stayed at one of their fales. My wife asked for a hair dryer but they said they didn’t have any. So if you’re a female and planning on washing your hair, good luck. Very great location. Wish it’s well maintained since it’s kinda outdated.

Honestly considering the reviews it wasn’t terrible for us. The room itself (we were upgraded from the eurofale to the villa for free) was pretty decent, spacious, great view with working ac and solar hot water that was fine after the sun had been up. The rest of the property is very run down including the pool area. There was some grounds work going on weeding etc but no sign of any serious remedials that they property needs. The included breakfast was so-so but the reef out the front was great for snorkeling up until the last morning. Some locals has run a set net across the width of the channel and presumably caught a lot of the beautiful reef fish which had been cleared from the net earlier in the morning, some were dead and many were dying which was sad but it appears the owners of the resort aren’t doing anything to try to keep these practices out of the immediate area. This wasn’t my first choice of accomodation but as we got let down by the first property I tried to book this was the only one available online at short notice without calling Samoan phone numbers from overseas.

Unfortunately Service was slow, or otherwise forgotten about. Rooms were average, and slightly unorganized. It's not a place I'd personally go back too, I'd more than likely find other options.

Great place with a beautiful scenic view

I recommend having a electric generator for the electricity. When we got to the resort we were shown one room before the electricity went off. We couldn't use our phone to call and to do Facebook because the power was down.The water was slow as well. It would be so great if we have one in place in times of emergencies. Other than that, it was great. Beautiful view with friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely recommend it to friends and families

Large areas of the resort are run down and abandoned. The are holes in the deck around the pool. Wifi is only available at reception and is intermittent at best. For the price you will get better amenities staying in a Beach Fale instead. That said, the staff did everything they could to help us have an enjoyable stay - but there's not much they can do when the place hasnt been maintained in more than a decade

Staff were lovely but timings were a little off when serving meals. The Fale was fine except the mosquito net had holes in it which meant that during the night I was bitten many times which was quite painful the following morning. The shower only provided cold water and the rock floor was a bit hard on the feet.

Clean rooms, stunning views and beach access at our door. Breakfast was good and the staff hospitable. However the owners need to seriously look at some maintenance issues. Our back door was bordering on rottern while the front entrance door was so swollen it was difficult to open. Our air con unit woke us up in the middle of the night making a dreadful noise. When we got up to investigate, we found ice all over the floor. Needless to say we switched it off. Pool area is in dire need of attention including deep cleaning the green grime off the edges of it. It looks like at one stage it was a great place to stay, and with some care and attention, it could be again
