When arriving, all the staff were friendly. It was great to have a very good experience. Very satisfied, will book again when needing to stay in VT. However, the hotel slippers were made of rubber, so they hurt my feet.

The hotel is newly built, the room is clean and beautiful, I stayed in room 688, that night my family was sleeping when at about 3:40 am the fire alarm rang loudly, the loudspeaker announced that the hotel was conducting a rescue drill, guests should continue to rest. My dad also said why was there a rescue at 3 am, I also thought it was to check if the staff had fallen asleep or not, in the morning I also forgot to ask the receptionist if there was a drill but I forgot. Now that I'm home thinking back, it feels strange, I hope the hotel can confirm for me whether there was a drill or not, why was there a drill while the guests were resting. I'm so confused 😭😭😭

The room is nice and clean, the reception hall is larger than other 4-star hotels I've been to, the breakfast buffet is okay, I went during the low season due to storms, but luckily my family still had a fun trip.

This is the second time I stayed at the hotel. Nice view, reasonable price, friendly staff. Across the street is the beach. The breakfast buffet is varied, but the drinks like noodles and pho are not delicious, the soup has a lot of powder, the yogurt often runs out early... If these things are improved, it will be okay. Next time I go to VT, I will still stay here.
