Clogged toilet, incomplete facilities

Don't expect to stay for 1 night. You won't even stay for 1 minute. When you check in a few minutes later, you will definitely check out and change hotels again. Feel the sensation and the horror

The best hotel becomes the worst, I used to stay here in 2018-2019 but now in 2024 I just checked in and checked out again. This hotel is really ruined and not maintained. From outside the hotel, the lobby, yard, swimming pool are all dirty. When you enter the room, it's stuffy, the roof is dirty, the toilet is dirty, the bed is dirty, it's not worth it, it's more like a haunted house, feel the horror sensation.

His room is in the far corner. The bathroom is not good and dirty. The room is really scary. I booked 1 bed, moved to 2 beds and had to charge again so I could get it at the front. Not recommended at all.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an awful experience. The hotel room was dirty, and the shower was broken. The air conditioning did not work, making the room stuffy and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, ants and other insects were crawling around the bathroom and throughout the entire room. After just three hours, I decided to leave and find alternative accommodation. Despite the issues, I did not receive a refund. The hotel staff was not friendly or accommodating, which added to the overall negative experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The bathroom had a leak in the reception and didn't even care. There are no technicians on standby. Can the swimming pool be used? Oh of course not. Damp and dirty walls? What we can be certain of is. Clean and comfortable toilet? Do not expect! Even hot water has to go to the hall. When we got to the hall, we had to put in our own gallon because the gallon was empty.
