Location near the beach, clean and spacious rooms, friendly and enthusiastic staff.

I did not book with breakfast so I cannot comment. I like the reasonable price, near the beach, convenient walking to the beach

The hotel is in a very nice location, right next to the sea, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic, but the hotel is very old, the equipment is old and degraded, there is only 1 bathroom in the reception area.

The security guard was very enthusiastic. My family rented a motorbike, when we returned the motorbike we were planning to take a Grab to the station, but the security guard took us there.

Old hotel but has a good corporate culture. Same system as Nha Trang Palace but the cost and service are comparable, more affordable, rcm should choose it over small 2-star hotels outside.
