Stayed here for two nights for a business visit to Medan. It might be a good option for a return trip to Medan.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, but I was really disappointed with the breakfast. Usually, other hotels never have breakfast without refills. Yesterday, there were no refills, so it was like eating leftovers. Please improve this.

The hotel staff was curt, asked for a hair dryer & iron, the answer was "no, it's being used by other guests" wow, a hotel like Alodia I think should have upgraded from before it changed its name to Sparks Lite. Very bad from me, there are 3 unimpressive experiences: 1. No spare iron or no laundry in this hotel. 2. The room is stuffy, no windows. 3. Breakfast is not varied, there is only dory fish & white rice. Old food refills, cooked on the 1st floor. The dining area is on the top floor

Fast check-in, early arrival got a room without windows, then confirmed to the receptionist without any hassle immediately moved to a room with a city view. Satisfactory service.

The Standard Room is too small. There is no sink, there are no hangers in the bathroom at all. Want to take a shower and after taking a shower do you have to be naked? The bathroom is a bit smelly and the water flow in the bathroom is clogged and stagnant. The food is okay
