Very disappointing experience! The interaction began when I received a call that my food delivery had arrived. I asked whether it could be brought to my room since I was in the middle of something. I was told no one was available, which was perfectly fine, and I said I would come down shortly. However when I arrived, the staff member repeatedly questioned whether I was the only person staying in my room. After I answered multiple times that I was traveling alone, she continued asking, "Are you sure?" in a way that felt accusatory and disrespectful. Being asked once is understandable (perhaps it's standard procedure here), but being repeatedly treated as if I was lying was not. I had to ask her 3 times to please give me my food to even get it. That’s how adamant she was with trying to get me to admit something that was not true. I also had a poor experience with the bartender after checkin, who acted as though serving me was an inconvenience. The only reason I'm not giving an even harsher review is because the woman who checked me in was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the customer service I received afterward completely overshadowed that positive interaction. I extended my stay due to a change in travel plans, but I would not choose this hotel again and this woman should not work in hospitality.

Room wasnt clean upon arrival and even though I had requested housekeeping throughout my stay, all that was done was an empty of the bins and 1 change of the towels. Beds were not made (i didnt leave them in a mess to begin with) let alone a change of bedlinen over my 4 night stay. My bathmat was removed on day 2 and I asked for a replacement and was met with surprise at the front desk on what a batmat was. (Might have been a language barrier). The bed was very comfortable and the front desk staff were helpful (apart from the bathmat). The breakfast was ok. Its a nice hotel but most definitely not worth the price they charged. Its a 5k walk (on some very busy/noisy roads) to the city centre, ir else a cab ride. I get the feeling its a new hotel so they are still finding their feet, Tirana is a lovely city and tourism is really starting to boom. The AC in the room was not working.

The room was absolutely spotless and beautiful environment. Staff were courteous and friendly. I would have give a 5 but for the limited breakfast options - I’ve had better breakfast in other hotels. Overall it was a good stay.

The room was super clean. All the staff were friendly. I was unwell during this trip but the room was comfortable enough to relax. The hotel is 40.minute walk from Skanderburg Square and upper floors have a nice view of the surrounding hills.

Exceptional service and a beautiful stay We had a fantastic stay at Mercure Tirana and the service truly stood out. From the moment we arrived, the reception team were exceptional — we were kindly allowed an early check-in, and as I was travelling with my niece, she received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely and unexpected touch. A big thank you to the reception staff and the manager for their professionalism and warmth. The room was beautifully arranged, tasteful, and very comfortable, and it was cleaned daily to a high standard. Breakfast was excellent, and a special mention goes to Valbona, whose care and attentiveness made our mornings feel very welcoming. The food was good and well presented. Overall, a very comfortable hotel with outstanding hospitality. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

All of the above. The staff exhibited flawless hospitality from the moment i walked checked in to checking out. The receptionist was exceptional. The bar staff went above and beyond. The lady doing the restaurant, i have forgotten her name, god forgive me, was exceptional. The staff give a very warm feeling homely feeling. Room: The room was clean and spacious with high ceilings. The bathroom was very spacious also. The room has all the essentials from bedroom slippers; bath rob etc. An extra special touch is the balcony with a 360 style entry, exit via bedroom room or bathroom. Restaurant If you don’t know what a club sandwich is the restaurant will leave you amazed. I also had the chicken ceaser salad. Mouth watering. The only thing I would say if youre looking for a hotel bang on in the city this is not the one. It’s only about 6-10 mins away by cab. It a case of balancing far away with class or nearer with less class. The choice is yours.

It was particularly quiet. It felt like a little hideaway from a city that’s already buzzing. It was relatively central. The staff is lovely, very polite and helpful. Great hospitality. My room was divine, very spacious. Facilities are very modern. It was my first time in Albania and they made me feel very safe.

It was a regular hotel. Staff were friendly, especially the bartender. The pool are was great. Getter to the hotel is a bit of a challenge because it's on one side of a motorway, so to get there and back you need to drive much further.
