The view is insanely cool from the top, you can really see the view of SMD. The room is spacious, I took a twin bed. The staff is friendly, the security is quick to help with our luggage. The facilities are really good, the AC is really cold, there is a refrigerator, the TV is also big, the WiFi is fast. The lack of access is a bit scary, the incline is really really high, it's also dark at night. Yesterday the shower floor was slippery and yellow. Hopefully it will be better in the future.

The hotel staff is friendly. The food is sparse, and in fact, it's not even available. The pool is very dirty and poorly maintained. Despite the low price, this should be maintained. The rooms are no better than those at Oyo. I wouldn't stay here a second time, and I don't recommend it.

The water heater is broken, the bathroom floor is slippery and cannot be cleaned, the door handle is broken, the elevator is broken & if you want to go to the lobby you have to go up the 2nd floor using the stairs, access to the hotel is not very clean.

Kamar berdebu,kamar mandi licin,karpet jg berdebu. di depan kids room lantai habis di pel dan blm kering tapi gak ada sign "awas lantai licin" anak saya sampai jatuh terpeleset saat keluar dari kids room. Akhirnya 4 jam dr waktu checkin saya checkout dan pindah hotel.
