We were on a long tour if Colombia, we booked this hotel for the distance to the airport since our flight was at 6am.it worked out well.

I’m giving a 2 star because the staff gives good customer service. But the rest was horrible. I purchased breakfast through Expedia and I got to the hotel and they wouldn’t give us the breakfast offer. Also the original room is tiny. The hotel is definitely not worth the money. It’s extremely close to the airport therefor airplanes taking off and landing are extremely loud even though I was assured rooms are sound proof (they’re not). Yeah definitely I don’t recommend.

Great hotel - but RIGHT NEXT TO THE AIRPORT. Plane flies over every 30 mins, feels like the plane is in your room for 5 seconds. Last flight 10:30 at least. Balcony and apartment room was great, but they could have told us there were live construction sites either side!

Nice hotel but very limited dinning options and a bit noisy, because it’s located next to the airport and they are building a whole new hotel wing. Bed and pillows very comfortable. But I prefer to stay at the Hilton (best breakfast in town) or the Marriot next time.

Property seemed to be out of ingrediencies for a lot of food and drink options.

It was a beautiful property, friendly & helpful staff. The area around had great street food options.

It's a nice hotel, but for what we paid, not a great value. The room wasn't very clean (dishes not clean, floor covered in sand, etc).

Nunca recomendaría este hotel. Un servicio muy malo, el personal poco atento. El desayuno es muy pobre. Yo reservé una habitación con sofá cama solicité el tendido del sofá cama y nunca lo realizaron. Por un late check out me iban a cobrar el doble de la tarifa.

Property is not finished , very limited dining. Kitchen is usually out of food or closes early. Hotel is not finished. Pretty beach area. Property management seems not to care to address issues that occured during stay.

Hello I didn’t stay in . The hotel was beautiful in the pictures . Nothing the same in real life . Was empty, next to the construction and the other site next to the airport. In the medley of both. I cudnt stay in . Horrendous ever thin . MOT BEACH AT ALL . Just a terrace full of sand and the sea you have to jump into it . No beach at all .. I want my money back . I have to go on a different place instead . … the reception of the hotel knows my inconvenience. Please give me my money back ! Of I never buy any thing with you again.

The hotel was very clean and tidy and the staff were delightful. The aircon in our room worked well. The poolside bar staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant and the food was lovely. All round a nice hotel!

The hotel is situated at the end of the airport runway so planes fly past your bedroom window and over the swimming pool. Large building works ongoing at hotel so very noisy and no privacy. Do not book

Actually a nice hotel but it’s right at the end of the airport runway so very very noisy and hotel shakes. They are still building the hotel too so no privacy and a lot of noise and dust. Our view of the sea was blocked by scaffolding and netting

El hotel aún esta en construcción y con ocupación medía lo que hace que aún no hayan dispuesto de todo el personal, en especial en cocina para atender a los huéspedes. Las instalaciones son de primera y el trato es muy amable, gracias a Ruben (Mesero) y a Mauricio (Bar) por tener la mejor actitud y esforzarse en el servicio.
