Lovely hotel within easy walking distance of many activities in Chiado. Staff were very helpful and the hotel was surprisingly quiet at night given the buzz in the neighborhood. Lots of nice small touches like chocolates and turn down service.

Hotel is centrally located, well maintained with friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant and bar area is wonderful.

The staff went above and beyond, and even gave us a bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates for our anniversary. Service was excellent, and breakfast very good.

Beautiful hotel, super friendly staff and in a great location. Close to transport, restaurants, shops and attractions. Restaurant served fabulous sushi and great drinks.

Front desk staff was excellent. We were well treated. Facilities were excellent.

We loved it. The staff was wonderful and because of my passport the new my birthday was during our stay. They acknowledged with a cake, champagne and a card.

Very well located hotel in Chiado within walking distance to many of Lisbon’s tourist attractions. The nightlife around the hotel is also fantastic and would recommend the taberna da rua das Flores restaurant nearby (note cash only).

I initially stayed in a smaller room on the 4th floor, but Rita the manager moved me to a fantastic, spacious room on the 3rd floor. Awesome view up the hill as well as from the balcony towards the river. Breakfast is good. Good selection and attentive staff. I had dinner once - the sushi was out of this world. Really nice restaurants- have to single out Seame- fish is a gastronomical feast. Also Taberna Da Rua Das Flores - cash only. The area around the hotel is safe and quiet. Loads of nice bars. You can literally walk to all the major sights. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a memorable stay. Till next time

Everything about this stay was incredible!

Staying at Montebelo Vista Alegre was a great surprise. From beginning to ending the experience was incredible. The staff is friendly and attentive, always available to help. The good taste of the decoration is remarkable and you can see the Vista Alegre porcelain all around the building. The location is unparalleled: you are one block to the Luiz de Camões Square but the street is very calm and quiet and you don't hear the crazyness of tourism. I definitely recommend this hotel.
