The location is beyond expectation. The atmosphere is not comfortable at night. The rest is okay. The trees need to be tidied up a bit so the atmosphere is brighter. The food is okay. The service is good. The room is also clean.

The hotel is poorly maintained, poorly lit and there are several abandoned buildings.

I stayed in September 24 and got room no. 11 at a price of 500 thousand up. But the room I got did not have wifi, the condition of the building was not good, the wall paint was peeling, the hot water could not be used, the lights in some places were not on so the room was very dark. The KM door was like a ponten terminal door in the 90s (only a plywood door with an iron latch as a door stopper so that it could not be opened), the cables were not organized, even visible cable connection tape was stuck to the wall.

The place is comfortable because I really like the concept, the food is cheap and delicious, I like it all, the employees are very friendly.

The concept is good but poorly maintained and dirty, there are no guards at all until 7 in the morning. The location is a bit of a driveway. The swimming pool cannot be used. There is a cafe with delicious fried bananas. There was no breakfast delivered to the elementary school room at 7.30. Expensive price for this facility. Need to be more serious in management.
