The rooms are massive, the pool and rooftop area are very well maintained and have a nice calming vibe, and the food at both restaurants were amazing. We barely left the hotel the entire time we were there! there were power outages in the city but the hotel generator quickly kicks in so you as a guest don’t even feel the black out! They really put the guests first. I can’t wait to return!

Room was very spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful and spoke excellent English. The WiFi was atrocious! They had at least five different WiFi routers and I had to consistently switch between routers to try to stay connected to the internet. The laundry service was terribly expensive.

The property was generally nice and clean. The beds were not as comfortable as say a Hyatt Place, but they were decent. We were disappointed that the hot water in our room was barely lukewarm. Also, they only provided two towels even though there were three of us on the reservation (I was told by an employee that this is standard practice). The phone in our room did not work, so I had to go downstairs to request more towels. Besides those couple of issues, it was clean, safe, and had everything we needed.

Close to Shopping Del Sol and easy access to airport.

En general muy bien, el desayuno buffet no varia, el mismo todos los días. Bien ubicado con todos los servicios. Gym pequeño, spa no funcionó durante nuestra estadía.

Nice new hotel. Great breakfast and nice options for lunch and dinner. Just a little noisy due to ongoing construction. Mini bar is a nice option. TV channels are less. Needs more international channel options

A internet é muito ruim, péssima. Se você for trabalhar desde o hotel, esqueça. Internet não funciona. Revisem avaliações no google, não é um problema recente e não fazem nada por resolvê-lo. Fiquei em Assunção para comhecer a cidade, então saia cedo e voltava pela noite para descansar e revisar e-mails e redes sociais, mas doi impossível, me senti frustrado por isso. Pelo demais, camas muito confortaveis, limpeza excelente e pessoal muito amável. Cafe da manhã excelente.

Ya habitacion súper amplia, cómoda y silenciosa. Baño grande e impecable la limpieza. Fuimos familia de 4 y es mas comoda de lo que pensamos.-
