An interesting experience, the vibes are different from other places 🤩

Overall, everything was good. The staff were friendly, hot water was available 24 hours, and free water, coffee, tea, and instant noodles were provided. Unfortunately, when we stayed, the water was out, reportedly because the water source had dried up. The lighting around the cabin at night was insufficient.

Beautiful, comfortable, simple and friendly

The service is friendly, the place is very comfortable, quiet, and the view is beautiful. I really enjoyed my stay here. Oh yeah, the food is affordable and delicious.

All the facilities are good: smooth Wi-Fi, good hot water, and a good TV. The view is beautiful.

Our stay here was truly comfortable. It's quiet but not intimidating, so it was comfortable even though we were all three women. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, as was the well-maintained bathroom. The TV had Netflix, so we could relax and watch it after a long day. There's also a cafe and restaurant on the premises (shown in the video, indicated by the hotel), so finding something to eat wasn't a hassle. If you're bringing children, it's also quite kid-friendly, with a play area and swimming pool. We relied on public transportation throughout our stay, and fortunately, the hotel's location is quite close to the Trans Banyumas bus stop, making it quite easy to get around. However, it's still a bit far from some of Baturraden's main tourist attractions, such as Baturraden Tourism Park and several popular waterfalls. Overall, we had a pleasant stay here, and we'd consider returning if we ever visit Baturraden.

Everything is good with the affordable price, it's worth it. Staff are very fast response and helpful.

The staff are not helpful, just observing from afar. They don't provide breakfast. The place is still new, so everything is clean, empty soaps are not replaced, there is little information, you have to ask a lot of questions, there is no phone to call the receptionist/staff, the environment is clean and natural

I stayed here on a Saturday night and arrived at the cafe at 9:30 PM. When I wanted to order, it was almost closing time. We ordered at 9:00 PM because we had a long journey and hadn't eaten yet. We were begging because we had kids with us. Finally, we were allowed to order food. After ordering, we asked for the key and went into the room, and the food would be delivered. The room wasn't very clean, the sheets had brown spots, and the bathroom was full of black sand and lizard droppings. The food was reasonably priced and the taste was quite good.

The location is strategic, not far from the Purwokerto city center and also close to the Baturraden tourist attraction. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the service is excellent. There's a restaurant in the cabin area, so you can order food at affordable prices.

Friendly staff and fast response on WA, if you want to check in, go to the Polaris Resto first to the cashier to get the key just use your ID card, the room is according to the photo, clean, comfortable, cold AC, tried the food turned out to be delicious wow, I'm addicted to the grilled chicken, the recipe is tender, it's rare to find a villa with delicious food, automatic gate, car garage directly next to the villa, the back view has trees and a river, honestly a bit scared at night but it turns out it's safe there are no ghosts even though yesterday I was the only guest there

We enjoyed the nature's view and sound from the back balcony. We tried the food from the cafe, they brought the meal to our cabin. The meal was in good portion and price.
