I booked the Lila Suite Seri, but they gave me the Lila Suite One, which is much nicer. I was happy with the previous place I stayed. Why is that? Is it managed by the same company? It's close to everything and comfortable.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was excellent. It was a very satisfying stay.

Poor service. I was a hotel guest and was told to throw away the trash and clean the room myself. Don't stay there again. I repent.

The location is very close, but the bed is not comfortable.

Good location, clean room, relatively cheap price, cooking utensils are available although in limited quantity. The downside is there is no washing machine or clothesline.

Strategic location with beautiful views. Spacious rooms, kitchen equipped with basic cooking utensils. The only downside is the lack of a washing machine or clothes dryer.

Plus (+) - Good Location, just walking distance to Alor street, Bukit Bintang MRT and Bukit Bintang shopping area - Check in/out was easy although there is no receptionist, just contact via WA and the staff will come with in 15 minutes. - Water filter for drinking water Minus (-) - The light in the room was too dim even all available lights were turned on, the bathroom light was brighter than the main room.

I enjoyed my stay here, close to everything, and with complete facilities. If I ever go to KL, it will be my choice.

the location is a bit hard to find because it doesn't match google maps because maybe the location hasn't been updated, so it was a bit of a detour the first time I went there. the pantry also leaked a bit when washing dishes. but other than that it's really okay for that price👍
