my first time and my first impression can't describe with words! excellent. somehow we had to early check out due to our circumstance and will back again for sure

This is my second stay here. It's always comfortable, but the first time, my e-money was missing from the car. Please be careful when bringing your own vehicle or valet here. Don't leave valuables, cash, or e-money in the car.

The lighting in the room is very bad, too dim.

Staying here is actually really nice, like being in your own room. The only downside is there's no smoking room. If you want one, you have to pay an additional 600,000 Rupiah, which I think is a bit too much.

I can confirm that room is very pretty!!! It’s clean, not too big, simple. Perfect for a business stay. The only disappointing thing is that they have breakfast at 8am, for me it’s a bit late for ppl who check out early for work😭 the food & coffee is amazing with reasonable price. I’ll stay here again for sure.

The mattress smells musty, the lighting in the room is poor, the bathroom is dirty.

Motorcycle parking is not very proper. The AC is very cold.

Everything is perfect, from the lobby which is also nice, the location is strategic, the room is also very cozy.

Room type 3 is my new fave, the bed is comfortable and the room spacious, AC works very well, but breakfast so so compare with w home Senopati more many variants and bigger portion. Anyway I had a good staycation

Never a dull moment at W Home! Ambiance/Facilities: the ambience is top notch! the tv & speaker combo bener2 bikin betah pengen leyeh2 seharian sambil nonton Food: breakfast is mid, there’s only two options and the portion is pretty tiny. but quite enough for a morning munch. Staff Assistance: 10/10 service! tried their type 2 room last weekend, it’s quite spacious and super comfy! hopefully get to stay at their type 5 room on the next visit! will absolutely be back for another staycation or just a weekend reset! 🫶🏼

The hotel was comfortable, but there was a problem with the sink; the water wouldn't flow. I reported it, but no action was taken, so the water was still pooling in the sink until morning. The restaurant's number also took a long time to answer the phone. Suggestion: Please provide glasses in the room.

The room is spacious and comfortable, with cool air conditioning. There's no basement parking, so you have to use valet parking.

I'm a solo travelling, and stayed in room 3. The space is enouy for me, and I'm totally ok with the room connection with the bathroom, yet if you are planning to staying with your friends it would be awkward. But overall I love the experience, will be back for sure ❤

The hotel's location is strategic, 500m to the Setiabudi MRT. The rooms are compact but comfortable, with a large TV that can stream Netflix and sound like a home theater. Breakfast options include rice and pasta only (but we requested that, hehe), and the breakfast was delicious.

The atmosphere really makes for a deep sleep. But if there was one more lamp above the bed, it would be better. So it wouldn't be too dim, and there would be a towel hanger in the bathroom.

I tried staying here for a staycation. It's very easy to access the MRT and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The downside is that the hot water takes a while to come out and the water pressure is unstable. Breakfast is simple for the price, and can be delivered to your room if desired.
