The room is very clean, the staff is friendly.

The hotel's location is strategic, 500m to the Setiabudi MRT. The rooms are compact but comfortable, with a large TV that can stream Netflix and sound like a home theater. Breakfast options include rice and pasta only (but we requested that, hehe), and the breakfast was delicious.

The atmosphere really makes for a deep sleep. But if there was one more lamp above the bed, it would be better. So it wouldn't be too dim, and there would be a towel hanger in the bathroom.

I tried staying here for a staycation. It's very easy to access the MRT and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The downside is that the hot water takes a while to come out and the water pressure is unstable. Breakfast is simple for the price, and can be delivered to your room if desired.

The TV and home theater are great, perfect for those who like to watch Netflix and YouTube on a big screen. The bathroom walls are completely transparent. The lights in the room are a bit dim, so it's quite dark at night.

The room is nice and clean, fun for quality time.

The room is beautiful, very clean, tidy, and very comfortable. Equipped with Netflix, YouTube, etc., so you won't get bored when you're in the room. I'll definitely come back here again😍

The room is quite good, maybe the cleanliness and cleanliness of the bathroom walls can be improved. And the lighting for the hotel room is lacking, it feels dim for me, the lighting is not good, all the lights are limited to yellow. Like a night light, if you do work on a laptop or on a cellphone, it is enough to make your eyes hurt, because the lighting in the room is too dark.

The wifi is really slow, Netflix is not enjoyable because of buffering

the staff is friendly and garcep ... the lobby is fragrant, you can smell it from outside, the aroma is relaxing, the room is clean and comfortable, I used room 509, the bed is soft and comfortable, it's really worth it, the 3 days there were very enjoyable.. I will come here again next time, hehehe, the room is top notch, there are speakers and a big TV, I love it all! and the lady is very kind, I left my things downstairs before checking out because I wanted to go out to meet a friend outside the mall ... love this hotel

Very nice and aesthetic hotel, highly recommended for staycation.

Best 3 days stay in here due to the comfiness of the bed and pillow. And you could see the city lights at night.

had a wonderful experience at W Home Reserva. the place was cozy and spotless. I loved the bed, it was incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. the breakfast was also great, with a nice variety. i’d definitely stay here again!
