The room is not the one that I booked. Bad smell. The bed is uncomfortable.

Weak water, no wifi, no toothbrush to buy, and the operator's response was very superficial. Contacted the support staff but they were not very enthusiastic, even texted on zalo but no reply, and the reply was very superficial. The room was nice. But the amenities were not.

The rooms are all ok, the location is nice but it's a bit noisy at night due to the sound of footsteps upstairs. Comfortable bed
