The staff made things difficult for customers, did not solve customers' problems, looked down on customers, had a bad attitude, very upset about the trip, told the hotel that the room did not need to be cleaned but still entered the room and searched our belongings without permission, when it was time to leave they found an excuse to fine me, asked me to pay 1.1 million for damaging the chair and smoking in the room but the chair was already damaged and there was no smoking in the room, forced me to pay because I did not have proof that the chair was damaged before, I think this hotel's 1 star is too high, it should be 0.5 stars
