The hotel has very new facilities but maybe because it is so new that there are NO staff.
1. The staff said the room cleaning time is 9am-11am in the morning and in the afternoon (don't remember the time) so I intentionally went out from 9am-12pm even though it was drizzling so that the hotel could clean the room and notify the staff, but when I came back at 12pm, the room STILL had NOT been cleaned, I asked why and they told me to wait until the afternoon cleaning time?! When they came in to clean, they only folded the blankets and pillows and didn't do much.
2. At around 6am in the morning, I accidentally broke a glass in the room and asked the hotel to clean it but they said THERE WAS NO staff so they told me to wait until 9-10am for someone to come clean it, huh, they were going to make me walk around in a room full of broken glass? And even though they cleaned it, it wasn't clean and when I checked out, I could still see the broken pieces.
3. There is a parking garage for guests but there is NO one on duty to open the door, NO CAMERA OR BELL, guests must park their car in front of the garage door, go all the way to the reception desk to tell the staff to open the garage door, then go back down to the garage to drive into the garage.
