A great experience. Beautiful resort, right by the beach. Large swimming pool. Fully equipped. Spacious and clean villa. Well-stocked breakfast buffet. Delicious food. The gym has a limited number of machines, but it's sufficient.

There's a male staff member named Vinh who's thin, tall, and enthusiastic; he takes really good photos.

The support staff were very helpful, especially Nu Tran and Tu. I forgot something and they helped me find it and were very attentive.

There is not much to do in Lang Co. It was a cold day so I did not experience all the services.

Unclear about the price, extra charge. Booked an apartment for 2 people, 2 bedrooms, sea view with swimming pool. When checking in, the resort said that this price can only use one bedroom. So they locked the bedroom with sea view, swimming pool, and left the bedroom with garden view for guests. If you want to use both rooms, you have to pay extra. Confusing, confusing.

The newly opened Retreat has clean rooms, close to the sea, but not spacious and with many landscapes like other resorts. I was a bit annoyed because when I booked through Traveloka, it said a 2-bedroom villa, but when I arrived, I could only use 1 room and had to pay an extra fee to use the second room. Traveloka must clearly state this when guests book because it can easily cause misunderstandings.
