It was very disappointing for the trip; the room didn't have a razor or cotton swabs. Everything else was fine.

You should think twice because, aside from its central location, the service is quite poor, parking is not free, and there are even high fees on holidays.

Nice hotel, the room is spacious with 2 queen size beds and the rooftop pool (need ticket) is great.

My family and I had a bad experience with Panorama regarding the way they handled the breakfast buffet included in our resort package. The issue has been resolved, but we don't feel completely satisfied. We've chosen Panorama since 2020, but after this incident, we will not be returning!

I was a little hesitant after reading the reviews before booking, but I was very satisfied with my two nights at the hotel; I have no complaints. The room was beautiful, though I didn't have time to go up to the pool area. The room was fully equipped, the only downside was that the check-in lobby was always crowded, but the staff were very professional and efficient during check-in. I'll leave a picture here for everyone to see. I will definitely return again soon. I give it a 10/10.

The experience was okay, the space was cool. The only downside was that it was quite crowded, so getting in and out of the elevator and catching a taxi was difficult.

This was my first time staying in an apartment where there were no towels, no toothbrush or comb, no kitchen but no pots, no slippers, the room smelled musty, the curtains were dirty and probably hadn't been washed in a long time. I called the reception and an hour later someone brought up two pairs of slippers and a bottle of air freshener, but it couldn't get rid of the musty smell. No towels either, and there were white stains on the bathroom sink. A pretty bad experience.

The room smelled bad, from the bedroom to the toilet. I wanted to check out immediately after checking in because there were no slippers, no towels, no phone number in the room, and when I tried to call the reception to get the official contact number, it was the sales number. In the end, I had to go down to the lobby to find the reception, and received a perfunctory room service response. Even then, no staff member came up to my room to bring me my belongings!

Having stayed here many times, this time I chose Panorama again.

The cleaning here is not very thorough, probably because they cleaned it hastily before accepting new guests, so it's quite dusty. There is no phone in the room to call the receptionist, and no wifi password, so I have to go down to the reception to ask, which is a bit annoying.

Fully furnished room, central location, easy to move around. The only problem is that the apartment is located so few people clean it, but there are baby cockroaches everywhere from the kitchen counter to the toilet. There are 3 baby cockroaches in total, it's really haunting.

I paid for 3 nights but the landlord only booked me for 2 nights, which took me a long time to work out.

Only minus points for long check in and check out, but everything else is ok.

REASONABLE PRICE, BUT PARKING IN THE HOTEL COSTS 20K WHEN RENTING AN APARTMENT ROOM.

The hotel is fragrant and clean. Early check-in is still supported without charge. Late check-in 2 hours, I have to pay an extra fee of 100k. Overall, everything is ok. My family really likes it. We will stay here again. Central location. You can walk around and play freely without having to go far.
