It’s far from everything and a little dirty. The room was never cleaned during our stay even with the card letting them know that we would like the apartment serviced. The front desk person was very helpful and kind.

The apartment has everything that you need - minutes from the lake, rooms are very well equipped, rooftop has beautiful views, several coffee shops spas literally at your doorstep.

Excellent apart-hotel experience from start to finish. It's clear this hotel is very well managed and is paying close attention to the details. High level of staff discipline and friendliness is evident every time you interact. That is not always easy for a hospitality business to pull off, but they are certainly doing it well. I switched to this apartment from another hotel, and as a result of my experience I will definitely stay here the next time I visit Hanoi.

Their service is awesome. Receptionist Ms Lan Anh is very good. She recommended us a lot of cafés and guided us how to go to ancient Old town. The apartment is very quiet and calm away from the hustle of old town. Awesome place to stay. Don’t think muck. Just book it.

All their apartments are very nice, western style. What make the difference is the kindness of the team (HK, security, front office) as well as their reactivity. they will make everything to make you enjoy your stay even for a long term. Thanks to all of them

A beautiful, modern new hotel facing the boardwalk, JBAY Hotel was a wonderful experience. From the exceptional customer service, to the amazing rooftop infinity pools, we had a fantastic stay. Staff couldn’t do enough to help and were friendly and courteous. We will definitely come back t when we next visit Da Nang!

Nice hotel in a really good location, one street back from the lakeside road and good views from the rooftop. Staff were most considerate and obliging and a shout out to Lan Anh who went out of her way to see we were well looked after.

Very enjoyable stay and top level customer service, especially with Kim, working at the reception.

The staff were second to none. Very helpful, friendly and went over and above to make sure we were comfortable and looked after.
