One of the best hotels in the world! Fantastic facilities and views. Breakfast has an incredible variety with excellent quality. My go-to when I visit Osaka.

Lobby is on the 29th floor so the view was gorgeous from our room. Amenities were fantastic and loved the size and layout of our room (2 queen bedroom). Personally found the pillows too soft but had no issues calling down for extra pillows which were brought to us very quickly.

ロケーションは抜群に良くて、接遇を含めてハード面ソフト面も問題なしですね。ただウェルカムスナックとして部屋に置いてあった岩おこしだけはどうかな？と思いました。いくら大阪にあるホテルと言えども、 国際的な宿泊施設なんだから、もっと洒落たスナックを置くべきだと思いました。今時あんな硬い岩おこしなんてお年寄りしかたべないですよ。これは早急に改善が必要だと思いました。

インバウンド用に作られた施設。 隣の音はひどく聞こえる。 共用のトイレが無く凄く不便。 アクセスが良いだけ。

Very convenient location, good services. But the entrance of hotel is inside the shopping mall and not conspicuous more instruction will be prefect. Furthermore, the deposit and tax is required when you check-in and check-out, if the app has indication would be nice.

i overslept and woke up an hour after the check out time, but they were so kind to understand my situation, which made me comfortable and rly want to come back another time.

Brand new hotel right next to and connected internally to Osaka Station, with shopping mall (convenience shop, food hall, restaurants and theatre underneath. We stayed here on our way back from Kyoto. Took the train and just walk up to our hotel.
