Excellent in every area

Staff was super friendly, atmosphere was very open welcoming. Our harborview double twin room was flooded due to heavy rains and wind. The staff was very helpful. Moved us to a new room with no charge and they even compensated us for the trouble. Amazing hotel. I gave it 3 stars because tv was down the whole time we were there. But all in all I would most definetly stay here again and again. Love the experience.

Sheraton Aggie is ok. Would I stay here again? Maybe. Is it 5 stars … No! So if you are a 5 star person and that is your expectation, maybe rethink this one. It is a little tired, the main elevator didn’t work, the TV only worked for part of my stay, there were crossed wires in the electrics resulting in a flashing globe all night, if you did have all the two-way switches in the exact right configuration… things that could be managed but it shouldn’t be rated 5 stars.

Lovely historic property with large, clean rooms. Spa offered excellent massage. Facilities limited due to some storm damage (no gym currently). Go offsite for dining, more interesting. Nice walks from hotel.

i paid $119 online for booked one room for my husband to stay one night in this hotel on 17th ,when my husband arrived and checked ,they double cost him another $516 for no reason ,during that time he didn't have data or wifi to confirm with me ,so he paid $516 ,now i tried to contact the service not yet get words for my refund request .we are regular customer .felt so sad by this issue .

Lovely staff,excellent service provided everything you needed and quite enjoyable time at the hotel but the problem was the electricity being off from 7-8 hours

I didnt get the room that i paid for, the room that i ended up in the toilet was leaking and i would like to get a refund of the difference of what i paid

Stayed for a week. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. Rooms were spacious and bathroom was clean. Love the location. Kids enjoyed the pool.

Complimentary beakfast was very limited. Rooms outdated and needs proper cleaning as well as cleaned bed sheets and towels.

Staff are excellent and great to deal with. Our poolside room was awesome. Will be back again for sure.
