Clean room and toilet, very good price

The AC is not working, the mattress is okay, the noise from upstairs can be heard downstairs, the TV signal is always lost

Comfortable, clean place, affordable prices, easy to find food around.

The location is very bad because it is close to the garbage dump and for the car parking area you have to cross the road and it makes you anxious because it is not monitored from the hotel. The receptionist is not good because when I was going to check out in the morning she seemed like a confused person. I asked for my ID card and looked for it for a long time and when I had found my ID card, I was asked for it again even though it was my ID card. For the room, when I entered, the floor was dirty and had never been swept. The bathroom door could not be closed and there was no remote to control the AC. The television could not be turned on. I hope it can be improved so that it is better and not bad when I stayed. Poor others

- The male receptionist is very unfriendly and not very communicative. - The water heater is not working. - Towels are not given according to the number of guests ordered. - The bathroom is not safe, it can be transparent / see through silhouettes from outside. Lots of mosquitoes. But it's worth the price.

The check-in process was fast, the staff was not very friendly, the room's AC was not cold at all, it had been turned on for more than 4 hours but it was still hot, I asked to check it but the staff said it was at its maximum, the room was also not very clean, the bed sheets were a bit dirty, there were still some dirt and crumbs probably from the previous user, the blanket also smelled of urine, there was only 1 towel available for 2 guests staying, there was no toothbrush or soap with the excuse that the stock had run out.

Recommended accommodation for families, clean and definitely very comfortable. The toilet is also clean👍🏻

The service staff is good. Ordered 4 rooms, 1 room was upgraded to a family room, 2 rooms had AC not cold but were moved to a room with normal AC.

The AC in the hot room doesn't cool at all,
