The staff attitude is extremely bad. I went in a group of 4 people and had a 16 year old younger brother with ID card but our group was not allowed to stay. I paid in advance on the app. At that time, the receptionist only informed that we were not allowed to stay but did not give instructions on how to resolve the issue. Because I saw the rule that from 18 years old and bringing children requires an adult. We are the older siblings taking our younger brother on a trip. So people 16-17 years old are not allowed to stay at the hotel. By law, children are under 16 years old.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, both in the bedroom and bathroom. Soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer are provided. The receptionist speaks English, which is very helpful for guests. The price is also relatively affordable, and the location is close to the city center and easy to find food.

Spacious room, friendly staff. I booked a room for 3 people but only set up for 2, soundproofing is not good, convenient for short stay because it is near the airport.

Very close to the airport, clean and comfortable for a couple of nights' stay. I probably wouldn't stay longer than a couple of nights, but for the price of $30 AUD a night, it did the job. Excellent restaurants around the corner and other services like a hairdresser, coffee shops. The staff are welcoming and helpful.

The room was okay. The toilet smelled a bit. However, I stayed in a mezzanine room with a view of the reception. The light was as bright as day so I couldn't sleep at night. There were also no curtains on either side of the glass door like in the photo. The light was so bright in the room that it was very uncomfortable.
