Bellman room service, good receptionist support, restaurant staff are also friendly. But there are the following shortcomings, especially the restaurant is unacceptable. 1st: There really has not been a 4-5 star hotel where breakfast is served at 8:45 and you wait 30 minutes without any more food, as shown in the picture, exactly 30 minutes. I reminded the staff and ran to the kitchen immediately without fixing it. 2nd: The room is very dirty, it was fine when I first checked in, but the room was very dirty the next day, it smelled terrible and had to open the door, and the cleaning was very irresponsible. 3rd: Booked a DBL room on a high floor, then booked a room with 2 twin beds combined with a space in the middle, and the floor closest to the lowest floor of the hotel.

The room was very large and nicely decorated. Also the description "sea view" was definitely true. I also really liked the outdoor gym and as a bad weather alternative it also has a gym inside.

All the staff are very cute and enthusiastic to support, the hotel is new, beautiful, clean, fresh and cool tropical style, the room is spacious and comfortable, especially the bed is super wide, the swimming pool is also beautiful, I heard there are 2 pools but I only went to 1 pool 😍 The breakfast buffet and rooftop cafe are worth experiencing, last night I had Miss Funny Mocktail which was very delicious 👏🏻

Nice decoration with nature, green and airing atmosphere in this hotel. Good location just 5 minutes walking to the public beach. Recommend Miss Bamboo restaurant near here. Friendly and supportive staff, they supported me a lot when I checked in late at midnight.
