Bellman room service, good receptionist support, restaurant staff are also friendly. But there are the following shortcomings, especially the restaurant is unacceptable.
1st: There really has not been a 4-5 star hotel where breakfast is served at 8:45 and you wait 30 minutes without any more food, as shown in the picture, exactly 30 minutes. I reminded the staff and ran to the kitchen immediately without fixing it.
2nd: The room is very dirty, it was fine when I first checked in, but the room was very dirty the next day, it smelled terrible and had to open the door, and the cleaning was very irresponsible.
3rd: Booked a DBL room on a high floor, then booked a room with 2 twin beds combined with a space in the middle, and the floor closest to the lowest floor of the hotel.
