This hotel has a great location, right next to a 7-Eleven, making it convenient to buy groceries and other necessities. The prices are also very good when booked through the app. However, it lacks adequate measures to control guest behavior, as some guests have been disturbing others, such as smoking marijuana and leaving a foul odor in the room.

Everything good, good location, good place. There's a 7-Eleven in front and a laundry machine upfront, and close to the old town and close to the night market Tha Phae Gate. The staff is not really smiling and the bed doesn't have any cover at the front. I'm lucky I brought my towel, I can use it as a cover-up.

First time staying here, you have to look carefully for the hotel sign. It is behind 7-Eleven, past the laundry shop. The staff welcomed us well, spoke politely, the room was clean and tidy. I didn't take any overall photos. I will definitely go again next time.

They are undergoing renovation at the main building. Initially I couldn't find the location but found the side entrance at the left. Grab pin wrong location. My Grab food delivery/Grab car couldn't find hostel location. Overall peaceful stay might be after Flood so not many travellers. Not forgetting friendly staffs too.
