The staff is friendly and the place is clean. It's a shame there's only one elevator.

The hotel is comfortable and seems new. Recommended for those visiting Wonosobo.

In terms of maintenance, it needs more attention. I arrived during heavy rain. I booked 3 rooms. In room 608, during heavy rain, there was a fairly heavy leak on the upper left side of the mattress which ultimately required replacing the bedsheet and bedcover. Initially, I asked for a room change, only to be told it was full. In the end, they only dried the wet area when the rain started to subside. And in rooms 607 & 609, I had also requested by phone for a connecting room, but upon arrival at the hotel, it turned out that the connecting door key was missing, the information was that the key was taken by the previous guest. The technician tried to force it open but I said, no need. For the rest, everything is standard.

The parking lot is very small, only enough for maybe 5 cars. The lobby, restaurant, and hotel building are like separate rooms. The elevator is outside, near the parking lot, and to go up to the room you don't need an access card, so it's not very safe, anyone can go up. The room is very narrow, the bed frame is sharp and the same color as the floor, making it easy to trip. The bathroom smelled a bit damp when we arrived.

The most recommended hotel in Wonosobo. It's a new hotel, clean, comfortable, and competitively priced. Located north of the town square, near Alfamart and Indomaret. Cool rooftop pool with mountain views. Personalized breakfast, as it was a bit quiet yesterday.

The mattress wasn't soft, it was too hard, making it uncomfortable. It's not commensurate with the price of a 500,000 Rupiah room. You should have gotten a really comfortable mattress. My mattress at home is still soft, hehe. The food is okay, there are lots of menu choices, and the hot water is also good.

I was fortunate to get a room on the 6th floor, room 607, which turned out to have the best view in the hotel. I could see the mountains directly. I also tried swimming in the infinity pool, which also had a mountain view. It was very enjoyable. The bathroom was also very modern and well-equipped.

Comfortable for resting but close to the city center

The location is close to the city, the rooms are small but comfortable, the restaurant food is delicious, but the wifi is intermittent.

An interesting experience staying at the Eagle Hotel Wonosobo. Great service, cool Wonosobo atmosphere, comfortable rooms, futuristic design, and a varied breakfast. Overall, it's good 🫰🏻
