Best experience staying here! The room is really at the centre facing the beach where you can see the sunrise! Beautiful! And I really like the pillow, very comfy. Host is helpful and attentive! 10/10

We had a wonderful stay at Timurbay Seafront Residences. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a beautiful sea view that made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was convenient and the facilities were great, especially for a family trip. Check-in was smooth and everything we needed was available in the unit. We really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and waking up to the sea view every morning. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and definitely worth the stay. Highly recommended! We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Kuantan.

All perfect except the lift needs to be waited for quite a while during peak hours for check-out and check-in.

The toilet was smelly like sewage clogged, washer and dryer malfunctioned, the aircond in the dining area had an error and was unable to be used before resetting it, the balcony wasn't clean - there were cigarette butts when we checked in, like it hadn't been cleaned, the plates and bowls looked like they had never been used/cleaned before a new guest, the management is less responsive.

Everything is good, I and my family enjoyed. However, I have come with my family, consisting of 2 adults (myself and my wife) and 4 children. The oldest is 9 years old, the second is 6 years old, the third is 3 years old, and the youngest is a 7-month-old baby. In the booking, it states 4 adults. When I informed them that there are 6 people including the children, they asked me to pay extra for the 3-year-old. I tried to negotiate, but they insisted that I need take a room for six adults or pay extra for the 3 years old kid. There was no room for negotiation. So, you may consider booking a room for 6 adults, even if it includes a baby and children aged 3 and 6. They will be considered as adults. Thank you.

Wasn't expecting the accommodations would be so amazing. The location is exactly near the beach side. The kids can enjoy playing in the apartment pool as well as at the beach. The convenience shop is also very reachable from the apartment. It's very convenient to find food for lunch and dinner, too.
