*Scam*
The apartment manager cannot manage 1 saler, if you want to check in, you have to contact the saler to check in, I arrived at 2pm to check in and could not call the saler, even the subscription was busy.
At 9pm, I was able to call the saler and he spoke in a challenging tone, and blamed me for not arriving on time (the FLC apartment's camera can be checked)
Reported to the receptionist and they said they could not intervene, had to contact the saler
Reported to the Traveloka app to request a refund and they said it was not in the refund policy

As a long-time customer of Traveloka, I am really disappointed, FLC Apartment is such a large scale but the business is really bad, cannot manage 1 employee. Cheating 2tr8 million of customers.
Shameful, extremely bad experience.
