I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and fragrant. The food was delicious, and guests staying overnight got an additional 20% off the restaurant menu... amazing. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bandung... highly recommended. 👍

It was a very comfortable stay, as the rooms and hotel grounds are truly kept clean. The beds, pillows, blankets, and towels are all spotless, white, and odorless. Hopefully, this will continue to be maintained.

It's a pretty new hotel and probably owned by someone who has an even bigger cash cow, so for the low price it offers a proper 3-stars experience which surprised us in a good way. Maintenance is first-class here. Also had my best night here, thanks so much.

The hotel is comfortable, not noisy because the location is not on the main road, there are many cafe spots, the famous Imam Bonjol street food.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, easy access to everything

The staff was friendly and the place was nice and clean

But the last time I came here, the housekeeping staff wanted to clean the room without knocking even though we were still in the room. The staff needs to improve and be more careful.

Nice escape with a clean and budget-friendly hotel

The hotel staff were all very friendly. The hotel was also very comfortable. The restaurant menu was varied and delicious. I would just suggest providing more accurate information, not just sweet-talk. In this case, it was about a room cleaning request. I had requested it at 8 am, and was told the front desk would be done "now." I went out for '2 hours' thinking it was enough time for the room to be cleaned. I returned tired and hoping to rest, but it turned out the room hadn't been cleaned yet. My mistake was not contacting the front desk right away. I tried to excuse it, perhaps because it was busy and housekeeping would be here soon. It turned out that by 12:30 pm, there was still no news. Finally, in a bad mood and very exhausted, I went to the front desk again, and they told me the cleaning was in progress 🙄 and would be finished in '15 minutes'. Here, I only have a problem with the inaccurate information. If they had informed me from the start what time my room would be ready, I wouldn't have had to tire myself out going back and forth; I could have found a comfortable place outside first.
