The hotel staff were all very friendly. The hotel was also very comfortable. The restaurant menu was varied and delicious. I would just suggest providing more accurate information, not just sweet-talk. In this case, it was about a room cleaning request. I had requested it at 8 am, and was told the front desk would be done "now." I went out for '2 hours' thinking it was enough time for the room to be cleaned. I returned tired and hoping to rest, but it turned out the room hadn't been cleaned yet. My mistake was not contacting the front desk right away. I tried to excuse it, perhaps because it was busy and housekeeping would be here soon. It turned out that by 12:30 pm, there was still no news. Finally, in a bad mood and very exhausted, I went to the front desk again, and they told me the cleaning was in progress 🙄 and would be finished in '15 minutes'. Here, I only have a problem with the inaccurate information. If they had informed me from the start what time my room would be ready, I wouldn't have had to tire myself out going back and forth; I could have found a comfortable place outside first.
