I booked a 2-bed room here. Came from Ho Chi Minh City. When I first arrived, the road to get in was quite small. The hotel is near the center so I had to walk around hehe. I was supported with carrying luggage and early check-in. The room is mainly for going out, not many people stay, but the air conditioning is full and ok. I got free filtered water. There are 2 staff (2k2, 2k1) and a very cute and enthusiastic cleaning lady who also showed me the way to the dining areas. 2 beautiful, playful girls who often go out alone send their warm thanks to everyone 🥰 See you all soon

This is more of a motel, the entrance is a bit small, you have to go upstairs by private stairs but it looks dirty and filthy. The toilet smells bad, generally bad.

Convenient location near Hoan Kiem Lake but no elevator, small stairs, high floor, room amenities are very bad, air conditioner is not cool, room looks old and dilapidated

The hotel staff were very friendly, helping us to carry our luggage upstairs and helping us to find the surrounding locations such as the nearest ATM etc. Best hotel in Hanoi 🙏☺️

Room is ok, near Hoan Kiem Lake, no elevator, strong wifi. A bit noisy

I didn't have time to take pictures. The homestay is right in the center, a few minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. The price is also cheap, about 3-400k/day and night, so I think it's okay. The staff is friendly, cute, helps carry luggage for guests and lets you store things before check-in time. The bathroom and toilet are clean. In general, it meets basic needs. If you just need a place to shower and sleep, this is also a pretty okay choice. Near places like Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Thang Long Imperial Citadel, Cathedral, Hoa Lo Prison... take a Grab somewhere for 15-20k.
