Friendly hotel staff, clean bathroom

I always come here on weekends, because everything is complete at Akar Hotel.

Unfortunately there is no elevator so it is not elderly friendly & kids friendly hehe..so far so good 👍🏻

fun and the best place to rest and relax

In general, this hotel is quite good, even though it is old because it is a former Sheraton. There is only one thing that is lacking in attention, namely the cleanliness around the swimming pool, including the chairs around it.

hotel staff starting from the gate to the lobby are very Humble. all are smiling. our luggage was delivered to the upper room. the service at the restaurant is all good. the food is delicious, varied. honestly every time we have a school holiday we always staycation. however, only Akar hotel provides satisfaction for families, especially children who are very happy here. the food menu is delicious, there is ice cream that the kids like, there are waffles, it's delicious. 3 days staycation at the Akar Hotel Happy. the swimming pool is very large, the natural feel is cool. lots of plants around. makes it not boring. hopefully the Akar Hotel will always be better

An alternative for me & my family with a limited budget but want to experience the quality of the hotel 🌟4 tastes 🌟5 it's the right choice to choose this hotel which has a resort concept, clean, varied breakfast menu, the downside is there is no elevator but it's OK, climbing the stairs is easy without feeling it. Opposite the hotel is near a minimarket & ATM.

The mattress is also very comfortable and pleasant.

The atmosphere is very good, friendly, the food is delicious, maybe the only suggestion is to speed up the check in time. Other than that, it's okay.

because the hotel is an old hotel, the vibe in the hallway is a bit scary at night. The entrance card is sometimes difficult, the AC is very cold, the controls are still old-fashioned, the items look old, the gym is okay, but there is not much variety, but the staff are very fast and friendly. Maybe the equipment that is old needs modification. Maybe I will stay here again

bathroom (closed toilet, the water is always stagnant, it's uncomfortable when pooping or urinating. Please fix it) and all employees don't wear uniforms, so it confuses hotel guests. Next, all hotel workers/employees should wear official uniforms)

The hotel is comfortable, the view is good, not boring. There are many photo spots. The service is also good, friendly, the food is delicious, the staff is very helpful from the beginning of arrival, directly carrying the suitcases to the room.

Cleaning service staff must be trained better to clean the rooms optimally.

the hotel is very spacious, but in my opinion the service crew is not very efficient, when I arrived at the hotel lobby I had to wait for the crew to help me lift my luggage. The receptionist wanted to help me change the king bed to a twin bed so that it would be more spacious because I brought 2 kids, but I got a room with an air conditioner that didn't feel cold enough, I also informed the receptionist but the room was not changed :( and I just found out that the receptionist can serve guests while eating :). The positive thing is the swimming pool is very spacious and during breakfast the staff are friendly, they even brought me coffee and offered me more food :)

2x stayed here still with SHERATON Brand. And stayed in the lower room.. Hope even though it's not the same brand anymore, the quality of the room is still maintained. Frontliner is not humble, even seems to not understand. But zonk🥲 The room smells musty, the bathroom smells😭 the walk all the way to the room is dark, not enough light, dim yellow lights. I can't wait for morning🥹 The room needs to be maintained immediately.. We got this on the 3rd floor.. Thank God at the Resto when having breakfast, the Sheraton atmosphere is still there,, And still comfortable,, BEST the taste of the food is still DELICIOUS, still like before. Esp Ibu Desriana and the mamas at the cashier, are very friendly and helpful in all matters in the restaurant.. anything you want is provided.. Best for a restaurant.
