The room is nice, neat, clean, the service is good. It's better to book a hotel after arriving at the airport. Yesterday I booked a hotel on March 29-30 (Flight March 30 at 07:00 am international departure) could not enter because the hotel is located in the gate area, we have to wait until we can check in the plane ticket and baggage, then we can enter the hotel area because access is through immigration. Meanwhile, the counter only opens 4 hours before departure. I arrived at the airport on March 29 at 04:00 pm and checked in at 04:00 am, I had to wait in the airport area for 12 hours. Very very disappointing. I have informed the officer but did not get a solution.

The hotel is located near the access of the gate, so it was very convenient to wait for your flight while resting in the hotel.

Finally, I was able to stay at this hotel. The place is very comfortable, with aromatherapy in the room and showers room . Unfortunately, the room has no windows. It’s a pity that breakfast is not included. The check-in process was a bit delayed, but check-out was easy—just returning the key. TV was not connection. When we checked in, there was only one towel, but I think you can easily ask for more at the reception. There is also an extra pillow available in the closet. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Wi-Fi is available in the lounge; sometimes fast, sometimes a bit slow. During my stay, hand lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap from Dove were provided. Overall, I was very happy to stay here.

Bad location, complicated, makes it difficult for users

After we stayed, the price here turned out to be only for a duration of 6 hours. Please provide information for how many hours (because when we made the reservation there was no information). We were woken up by the hotel staff to check out immediately. Overall good. Although 6 hours is enough to rest.
